FAQ:

How often will you provide a foot care clinic at our community?

​

• Frequency will vary by the number of residents and can be adjusted as needed and is typically every other month to start.  As interest and numbers grow, clinic frequency can increase to monthly.

How long does each foot care session take?

​

• Each individual session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.  Occasionally, for those that have not received foot care in a long time, it could take longer

When are clinics held?

​

• Visits are typically scheduled between the hours of 8 am-3 pm, Monday thru Friday, although during holiday weeks, or to cover vacations, weekend visits could be scheduled.  Arrangements may be made to extend clinic times outside those hours as necessary.

How are payments handled?

• Payments by the individual clients may be made via cash, check, or credit card at time of service. 

• Arrangements can be made for family members to be sent an invoice so that they can pay via the website with a credit card.  Payment is due at time of service.  If this is not possible, prepayment is preferred.  A gift card can also be purchased on the website and will be added to the clients' account. 

• ​Some facilities prefer to be invoiced and pay from resident accounts, which can be accommodated.  We will invoice your facility for the residents seen, but payment is expected to be paid upon receipt of the invoice.  Do you want to offer a service for your residents at no charge to them?  We also offer a contracted rate billed to the facility, if this is something your facility would like to offer to its' residents.  If you are interested in this option...please inquire.
